Lightirc + cam

I have purhased the cam module for server chat.ircs.gr. i installed the ircd on that shell and put the code in the public_html. the flash policy deamon is running on the port i want (3201):
19963 ? S 0:00 /usr/bin/ruby ./flashpolicyd.rb --port 3201 --xml flashpolicy.xml --logfile flashpolicyd.log
but i still get the error
[05:43:45] Flash policy problem. If you are the server owner, please read http://redmine.lightirc.com/projects/lightirc/wiki/Flash_Policy_setup_instructions. You need to install a flash policy daemon at chat.ircs.gr (port 3201).

Your flash policy server works fine. It responds with this XML:

   <allow-access-from domain="*" to-ports="6667" />
</cross-domain-policy>

The problem is that there's no IRC server on chat.ircs.gr on port 6667. Make sure your IRCd is running or adjust the port in your flashpolicy.xml and config.js.

Sorry to bother again... i have enabled it (this is how it looks)
params.host = "chat.ircs.gr";
params.accessKey = "KEY";
params.webcam = true;
params.rtmp = "67.21.79.96";
params.webcamChannelWhitelist = "#hellas";

but the webcam and mic keys are grey. how can i check if the red5 is working?
last message i saw was: [INFO] [Launcher:/installer] org.red5.server.service.Installer - Installer service created

Greyed out webcam module means that the license is good, but Red5 is unreachable or not properly set up.
Make sure that you unpacked the lightIRC webapp to the webapps folder of Red5. It must be Red5 1.0.0 RC1.

should the folder be red5-1.0.0/webapps/lightIRC or i extract all the files in webapps?

well it is there... the last line i see is the one i pasted...is there any way to see what is going on? or does red5 need any special port open?

Red5 uses port 1935 TCP.

If you cannot get it working, please post the output of ll -R red5-1.0.0/webapps as well as your Red5 logfile.

ok great i made it...now how cna i login to admin? i have a pass set

i got that working but..it worked perfect for 5 mins then everyuser gets the page for downloading adobe... i do have it and still the same
